Policies

Deposits reservation/security deposit of $500 is needed to hold reservation....will serve as security deposit and be refunded after departure inspection....full rent is due no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival....mail check to(no credit cards)to Bill Fontenot, 310 Hickory Street, Pensacola, Florida, 32505

Refunds you must cancel at least 45 days prior to arrival to reciever refund........if you cancel with less than 45 days prior, every effort will be made to re-rent....if not successfull your deposit will be forfeited
