The first floor sunroom has another twenty-foot wall of glass with unobstructed views of the water and opens directly to the shore of Little Sabine Bay. This is a safe place for everyone to swim and build sand castles. The open area has a grill and wrought iron table and chairs for outdoor dining and a dock for fishing and your boat.

The spacious master suite on the thrid floor overlooks the Gulf of Mexico - a great place to watch the sunrise from your bed. The master bath has a fully tiled dual head shower, granite countertops, and slate floors. The other two bedrooms overlook Little Sabine Bay. The bedrooms are decorated in the Caribbean colors.
