Or perhaps you would like to use the pool and clubhouse? If so, head to the sound where the pool and clubhouse sit nestled on the the intracoastal waterway. Of course, you might want to bring your waverunner and enjoy a day at the sound complete with white sandy beach. Such is a day at Heron's Nest, a two bedroom, two and one half bath three story townhouse. Newly renovated, Heron's Nest is ready to become your vacation home . It comes complete with two twin beds, a king size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have their own attached bathroom and a half bath is downstairs. Decks and views are a sliding glass door away in every room.

Rates:
May 1-September 7: $1200/week. Longterm rental available. Monthly rates available.

Deposits:
Advance rent: 1/2 of the total rent plus a $200 damage deposit is required to reserve the unit. $125 is fully refundable within ten days after you check out providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. $75 is retained for a cleaning fee.

Refunds:
If you cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund the rent deposit but willl retain the $200 damage deposit. If cancellation is made within 30 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the unit. If we are unable to do so we will refund the $200 damage deposit but will retain the advanced rental payment. If you cancel within seven days of your stay, only $100 of the total advance payment will be returned.
