The
SEA SHELL RETREAT is a private home only one mile from the
"core" area where
you will find restaurants, entertainment, activities and public
beach facilities. Across the road is the Santa Rosa Sound where
you can enjoy calm water and quiet beach time OR in less than
10 minutes you could be jumping waves and collecting sea shells
on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
The
master bedroom has a king size bed and sitting area. There is
a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. An inflatable queen mattress
and twin are available if needed. The sitting area in the master
bedroom can be cleared to accommodate extra guests. Washer/dryer
and other amenities necessary for any length of stay are provided.
The open
floor plan gives friends and family a perfect place to socialize. While you relax
on the large deck you can enjoy the sunset views of the Gulf and the Sound.

security deposit to confirm your reservation, refundable 3 business days after
check-out provided no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed.
Full
rent is due 5 business days prior to arrival date. REFUNDS
If
you cancel 30 days prior to arrival date every effort will be made to re-rent
the home. We will refund the damage deposit, retaining $50.00 administration fee.
If you cancel within 7 days of your stay we will retain $400.00 only if unable
to re-rent the property.
