Rental
Policies
Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Deposit: $500 security
deposit is required to hold reservation, Pet deposit is $200
and is non refundable, deposit will be returned three buisness
days after check out, providing there is no damage or theft,
a $150 cleaning fee will be retained
Refunds: You MUST cancel 30 days prior to arrival to receive
refund, If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival date
deposit will only be refunded if we are able to rent the beach
house. Payment in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Checks Accepted, Cash
negotionable.
