Good afternoon Pensacola Beach! There’s moderate wave action in the water today, thigh to waist high waves rolling through that’s fairly clean. Be sure to swim with caution as we are in a high rip current risk until Sunday.

Fish

Cobia migration is coming quick! Their season is typically the end of March and you don’t want to miss out. We have heard reports of Sheepshead, Mackerel, and Pompano also starting to show up so there will soon be plenty of fishing nearshore.

Beach

It couldn’t be much nicer out here for an early March beach day, so come on out and get some Vitamin D. Water temps are in the mid 60’s, so a swim is not out of the question for the brave. This week the highs will be in the 70s and the lows will be in the 60s. Summer is just around the corner!
