Margaritaville Beach Hotel, Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach, Holiday Inn Express, and Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach are geared toward smaller events, but are also fully equipped to handle all of your meeting and convention needs.
For a more intimate setting, some local restaurants offer private rooms for work events, birthday parties, baby showers, graduations, retirements, book clubs, secret societies (just kidding), or any other small get together.

Banquet rooms can be divided into seven different spaces depending on size and needs.
White Sand Banquet Room: Max hold 140 people
Coral Reef Banquet Room: Max hold 70 people
Emerald Coast Banquet Room: Can be divided into 2 separate rooms or as is. Room 1 max hold is 50 people. Room 2 Max hold is 70 people. Use of the entire room is about 140
Aquamarine Banquet Room: Can be divided into two separate rooms or as is. Room 1 max hold is 60 people. Room 2 max hold is 30 ppl.
