H2O Grill is a full-service restaurant located inside the four-star Hilton Pensacola Beach. As far as hotel restaurants go, they top the list and go the extra mile to satisfy out of town guests and locals alike.
The chef sources the finest local ingredients from land and sea to create amazing dishes for the discerning palette. Serving a different menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner we recommend eating here at least 3 times on your stay at Pensacola Beach. And if you’re here on a Sunday, you’ve got to experience the brunch, so that makes 4 times if you’re keen on maximizing your time at the hotel.
For breakfast, there’s a traditional buffet with everything you’d expect, and a few extras like applewood smoked salmon and made to order omelets. If the buffet isn’t your thing, try H2O’s take on eggs benedict (poached cage-free egg, pork belly, spinach, tomato marmalade, english muffin, cajun hollandaise) or the steak and eggs (petite filet mignon, chimichurri, cage-free eggs, breakfast potatoes, asparagus, & hollandaise).
The lunch and dinner menu are carefully crafted, featuring dishes inspired by the coastal intricacies our area is known for. Some items are only available on the lunch or the dinner menu, like the Short Rib Grilled cheese for lunch and the Heritage Pork Chop for dinner. Local favorites like the Red Snapper and Wild Mushroom Agnolotti are available on both menus, and for good reason. The unique combination of Caribbean flavors paired with the locally caught Red Snapper and the Tuscan inspired pasta dish warrant repeat performances.
