A lying down Somatic Meditation will be guided at 6pm\n \nBeach Sound Bath with Swan Michelle \n \nTune and drop in the pure hertz measured gongs\, crystal or metal bowls\, elemental chimes\, the cadence of binaural rhythms\, uplifting voice & other instruments that will spaciously guide a recipient into mystical harmony & healing. \nLying down and going within\, this mystical art and science recognized meditative listening therapy turns the volume down on noise found in outer stimulus\, your body\, nervous system\, emotions and mind. \nThere is no experience nor knowledge of yoga or meditation necessary at all\, making it perfect for everyone. Find out more www.swanmichelle.com \n \nLocation: \nThis location is 5.65 miles east from the Pier\, 2 miles East of Portofino\, 1 mile east of Dog Park EAST (there are 2 dog parks) and 100 yards past Parking Lot East’s furthest port-a-potty on Jay Earle Baden Way. \nIt is across the street from the Stop 21 Pensacola Beach Eco trail\, which is on the sound side. We are on the Gulf side. We are the furthest east you can go in the parking lot\, parked on the side of the road\, not in the actual lot itself. \nThere will be a large red feather flag that says Swan Michelle Wellness. \nLook for a black Rav4 with surf racks and a large Inner Light Surf Shop sticker and a large blue Sound Bath flame flying in the sand. \nIt is 3 miles West of Opal Beach. Children may come and swim while you lie down\, or lie down with you. We just ask for a quiet environment once we begin\, as this is an experience in sound and in listening for deep healing. In the event of cancellation\, a credit will be added for the same event at a later date. \n \nAbout Swan Michelle \nSwan Michelle has been teaching yoga full time since the year 1998 as one of the first handful of yoga teachers in New Orleans. She is the Founder of Swan River Yoga and the former Co-owner of Swan River Yoga. \nSwan Michelle created the first Yoga Teacher Training in the region in 2006 and has blessedly taught thousands of beings yoga in New Orleans and The Gulf Region. She created her unique Sound Bath experiences in 2012 specifically in Swan River and has been offering them extensively throughout the Gulf Region to thousands of participants. \n \nSwan Michelle has numerous certifications in a strong classical lineage\, including Ram Dass\, Jivamukti Yoga\, Ashtanga Yoga\, Sivananda Yoga\, Anusara Yoga certifications\, studying with such teachers as Sharon Gannon\, David Life\, Shri K.
