Sourcing only the finest ingredients, the culinary team at Bonsai maintain close relationships with the best farms and food providers around the world. Hackleback caviar, delicate microgreens, edible flowers, A5 Wagyu beef, Kurobuta pork belly, and Faroe Island salmon just scratch the surface of the sophisticated ingredients you’ll find on its inventive menu.
The Hickory Smoked Tuna Maki alone is worth a repeat visit and the Wagyu Short Rib paired with chocolate miso will surely intrigue the most refined palate. Add to that the artistry of presentation and you’re in for a memorable evening.
Try the tasting menu and wine or sake pairing for the ultimate Bonsai experience. While prices are in the upper range for our area, you’d be hard pressed to find as decadent an experience in Miami or Old San Juan.
Be sure to make a reservation as seating is limited to ensure an unhurried experience for all. Located on the second floor of Hilton Pensacola Beach, Bonsai is open Wednesday through Saturday from 5-9pm.
