Your guide to Cinemas in the Sand!
Pensacola Beach’s favorite outdoor movie night is back! Cinemas in the Sand returns in 2025 with a stellar lineup of beloved classics and new favorites. Hosted by the Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA), this free, family-friendly event takes place on select Friday nights from March through October at the Gulfside Pavilion on Casino Beach.
2025 Lineup – Select Fridays starting sunset!
March 14th – Space Jam (1996)
Lace up your sneakers and join Michael Jordan and the Looney Tunes for an intergalactic basketball showdown.
April 11th – The Parent Trap (1998)
Double trouble and double the laughs as long-lost twins scheme to reunite their parents.
May 9th – Moana 2 (2024)
Moana and Maui embark on an epic new adventure across the ocean.
August 8th – Shrek (2001)
Everyone’s favorite ogre and his chatty donkey sidekick return for a fairy tale like no other.
September 12th – Toy Story (1995)
A cowboy, a space ranger, and whole lot of toy-sized drama make for a heartwarming classic.
October 10th – Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (2024)
Say his name three times, and he’s back for more spooky shenanigans in this long-awaited sequel.
All movies start at sunset and are free to the public – just bring a blanket or a beach chair!
