Red White & Blues Pensacola Beach Airshow
Each July, Pensacola Beach trades its usual tranquility for a thunderous display of precision, power, and patriotism—the Red, White & Blues Air Show. Mark your calendars for July 9–12, 2025, as the U.S. Navy Blue Angels return to their hometown stage in the skies above the Gulf.
2025 Show Overview
While exact setlists and civilian acts haven’t been announced yet, the dates are locked in. You can expect four days of excitement starting with the arrival of the Blue Angels mid-week and building up to the main event on Saturday, July 12. The team’s practice flights and full dress rehearsals are just as thrilling as the final performance—so plan to arrive early and catch the buzz (and the flyovers) all week long.

VIP Viewing Options
For a more elevated way to watch the show, both Red Fish Blue Fish and Water Pig BBQ are offering VIP Blue Angels Viewing Parties. Guests can reserve tables in advance and enjoy a dedicated space to relax before and after the performance. Most table options at both locations include one parking spot, making it even easier to plan your day—just note that beach chairs & beach picnic tables do not include parking. Space is limited at each venue, so booking ahead is highly recommended.
Who are the Blue Angels?
Formed in 1946, the Blue Angels were created to keep naval aviation top of mind for the public during peacetime—and let’s just say, they’ve exceeded expectations. Their jaw-dropping maneuvers serve not just as entertainment, but as a tribute to the skill, discipline, and excellence of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Stationed right here in Pensacola, these pilots are more than performers—they’re neighbors, ambassadors, and icons of flight.
Where to Stay
Lodging fills up quickly for this event—if you’re thinking of waiting until the last minute, think again. Here are some solid spots just steps from the sand:
Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach – Home to a 250-foot lazy river and a front-row seat to the show, this resort is a family favorite for good reason.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Pensacola Beach – Newer on the scene and right on the Gulf, this one’s a top pick for comfort and unbeatable views.
Surf & Sand Hotel – Easygoing and retro with a private beach on the sound side. Bonus: the kayaks are free.
Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach – A beachfront classic with great service, quick boardwalk access, and a pool made for cooling off after the show.
Ready for Takeoff
July can’t come soon enough. With sun on the sand and thunder in the skies, the 2025 Red, White & Blues Air Show promises another unforgettable week on Pensacola Beach. Grab your shades, bring your beach chair, and get ready to watch the Blue Angels do what they do best—soar, roar, and remind us why Pensacola is the proud home of this iconic team.
