Taste of the Beach Pensacola Beach
One of Pensacola Beach’s favorite annual events is back, and this year Taste of the Beach is serving up four days of culinary experiences across the island. Taste of the Beach: A Culinary Journey returns October 29–November 1, 2026, bringing together Pensacola Beach restaurants, local chefs, live entertainment, and plenty of opportunities to discover the flavors of the island.
The weekend begins with a sunset cruise, continues with an evening of progressive dining, and leads into Saturday’s signature Taste of the Beach Festival before wrapping up with a brand-new brunch experience on Sunday. Ready to dig in? Here’s what to expect each day at Taste of the Beach 2026.
Your guide to Taste of the Beach
Thursday, October 29: Sunset Cruise
Taste of the Beach begins along the waterfront with a Sunset Cruise at Baja Coastal Kitchen from 5–7:30 PM. Chef Torrey Hall will showcase signature flavors while guests enjoy dinner, waterfront views, and a relaxed evening to kick off the weekend.
Tickets for the Sunset Cruise are $125 per person.
Friday, October 30: VIP Trolley Dinner
Friday turns Pensacola Beach into one big progressive dining experience during the VIP Trolley Dinner. Guests board a trolley and travel between select Pensacola Beach restaurants, enjoying specially prepared courses at different stops throughout the evening.
For a livelier spin on the experience, the 7:45 PM Party Dinner Trolley takes guests between dining stops aboard a transformed vintage firetruck turned open-air trolley. A DJ and trolley host keep the party going between restaurants, with signature cocktails along the way and a final after-party to end the night.
VIP Trolley Dinner tickets are $150 per person, while the Party Dinner Trolley is $175 per person.
Saturday, October 31: Taste of the Beach Festival
Saturday is the heart of the weekend with the Taste of the Beach Festival from 10 AM–4 PM at Gulfside Pavilion on Casino Beach. The main festival is free to attend and family-friendly, with participating Pensacola Beach restaurants serving signature dishes for purchase at a maximum of $10 each.
Along with plenty to eat, the day includes live music, culinary fun, beer, wine, and frozen cocktails available for purchase, plus family activities such as Little Chefs Cooking Classes and hermit crab races. Local chefs will also compete for the Best Signature Dish Award.
Guests who want to try even more can purchase a Food Critic Ticket for $125. Ticket holders receive a featured plate from each participating restaurant along with a ballot to help select the People’s Choice Award winner.
Sunday, November 1: Island Hopper Brunch Trolley
Taste of the Beach wraps up Sunday with a new addition for 2026: the Island Hopper Brunch Trolley. The experience begins at the Pensacola Beach Visitor Information Center with a champagne toast before guests set out for brunch stops at Hilton Pensacola Beach, Pensacola Beach Resort, and Casino Beach Bar & Grill.
Each stop includes a brunch plate and a complimentary mimosa or Bloody Mary, giving guests one last opportunity to enjoy the flavors and hospitality of Pensacola Beach before the weekend comes to an end.
Island Hopper Brunch Trolley tickets are $75 per person.
Experience the Full Taste of the Beach Weekend
Guests planning to attend several events can also choose from multi-day ticket options that combine Thursday’s Sunset Cruise, Friday’s Trolley Dinner, Saturday’s Food Critic experience, and Sunday’s Island Hopper Brunch Trolley.
Individual event tickets and multi-day passes are available for the ticketed experiences throughout the weekend.
